Shipping Information & Return Policy

All Items are shipped within two business days.  Items must be shipped to a physical address; sorry, no PO Boxes.  We only ship within the continental USA, and will ship through USPS and FedEx depending on size of the item.  Items must e shipped to the same address on the credit/debit card.  We will email tracking information to you when the item ships.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.  ITEMS WILL COME WITH A 30 DAY REPAIR OR REPLACE WARRANTY UNLESS ITEM IS NOTED AS GRADE B OR AS-IS.  BATCH TECHNOLOGIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES THAT ARISE WITH ITEMS SOLD AS-IS!
